Tinfoil Salmon – It’s Actually Quite Easy

2 Feb

Me. Cooking. Fish.

Spooky…

tinfoil-salmon

It turned out really good, though. And it even tasted better than it looks.

And it’s so easy to do that I’ll even pretend I know something about cooking and share the recipe.

Cut one small onion into thin slices and fry them. Put it in the middle of a piece of tinfoil and drop the salmon on top. Sprinkle your favorite spices on the salmon. Salt, pepper and parsley are good choices, but I guess a lot others can be used. Wrap the tinfoil around it all, making sure it’s well sealed. Put everything in a pre-heated oven at 220º C for about 15 minutes (or around 25 if the salmon is frozen).

I don’t have to tell you how to make rice, do I?

Already discovering the joys of cooking? It’s actually quite fun. I think I got obsessed with it, since now I bake my own bread even! It’s because Swedish bread sucks… Hugs from Stockholm (show up whenever you want… mi casa, su casa)

Naaa… it’s not fun. I prefer when I just have to eat and not worry about preparing the food and cleaning the dishes. But I just can’t afford going to the restaurant every day. Especially here in Ireland…

About going to Stockholm, I can’t leave the country while on the “Inov Contacto” program, so it’ll have to wait until August or something…

Why do you say it’s the first time? It looks pretty good. And tasted very good as well.
If I didn’t know any better, I would say it was cooked by a professional chef :P

Because men who cook for a long time don’t advertise it :P
