		<description>Looks common enough in a company network where you would have uPNP disabled + the MSN IM ports block. After a while it would just fetch the IE setting and attempt to connect over HTTP and HTTPS, like most IM nowadays. File transfers are going to be slower but atleast it gets you IM in a corporate network
