To celebrate The International Day of Awesome, let's take some time to educate ourselves and learn some Chuck Norris facts. As you may or may not know, Chuck Norris is the epitome of awesomeness, and his toughness, attitude, virility, sophistication, masculinity - and many other qualities ending in ity, ion, and ness - are unprecedented.

The facts teach us that Chuck Norris is a tough, all-powerful superbeing. The Chuck Norris facts have spread around the world, leading not only to translated versions, but also spawning localized versions mentioning country-specific events and other Internet phenomena.

Yes, that’s right, today, the 10th of March, is The International Day of Awesomeness!

The International Day of Awesomeness is a celebration of awesomeness. People are awesome every day, frequently don't realize it, and their feats of awesomeness are rarely recognized.

The aim of this day is fixing that, with a special day to both perform and celebrate feats of awesomeness!

You might, as I did, ask “why today?”. Well, because the 10th of March is Chuck Norris’ birthday, and he is a personification of awesomeness! He’s right up there next to Barney Stinson and Jack Bauer. Maybe a bit above them… Hhmm, I’m not sure… It’s hard to make sense of so much awesomeness together.
