Playboy Portugal Featuring… Ricardo Araújo Pereira!

Playboy Portugal - Ricardo Araújo Pereira - December 2009Can anyone tell me what's wrong with this Playboy cover? If your answer was "There's a man in the cover instead of an almost naked woman!!", you're right...

No, it's not a joke. This was the cover for the December edition of Playboy Portugal... The man in the cover is Ricardo Araújo Pereira, a comedian that was considered the "Man of the Year" by Playboy for his influence in the Portuguese society.

Well, that's all very nice, and I respect the guy and all that. He's my favourite Portuguese comedian, and his TV show this year managed to mix politics and comedy in such a way that I believe a lot of people (myself included) got more interested and involved in Portuguese politics than ever before.

But having him as the first man ever to be featured, alone, in the cover of Playboy... is a bit too much.

Marge Simpson in Playboy’s November Issue

Marge Simpson Playboy cover

This is the closest you'll ever get to finding out if the carpet really does match the blue drapes.

To commemorate the 20th anniversary of The Simpsons, Playboy will feature Marge Simpson in their November issue. The details of the "shoot" aren't many, except for Hugh Hefner's tweet and TMZ saying that she’ll be posing in a bunch of sexy cartoon lingerie.

Playboy Playmates in the Guitar Hero 5 Commercial

Remember that awesome Guitar Hero World Tour advert with Heidi Klum in her underwear rocking away Risky Business-style? Shame on you if you don't, but here it is again, because it's something one can never grow tired of watching:

Now one of the first commercials for the new Guitar Hero 5 is out, and it stars a whole line-up of Playboy Playmates alongside Hugh Hefner himself. The result is, once again, pretty nice:

This is what I call good advertising!

Still prefer the one with Heidi Klum, though. Which one is your favourite?
